After a very good 2nd edition held last May, the Costa Brava Stage Run already presents its 3rd edition, which in 2020 will be held the last weekend of April, from Friday 24 to Sunday 26 April 2020.

This third edition presents a novelty in terms of accommodation at the end of the 2nd stage, which instead of being in a campsite in Cala Montgó, moves to a Hotel in l’Escala, thus also modifying the finish of this second stage. Except this small change, the rest remains the same, with the two modalities of the race: the CBSR, with 125km and 4300m d+ distributed in 3 stages of 23km, 53km and 50km respectively; and the CBSR-Experience, with 85km and 2800m d+ that are distributed in 23km, 32km and 30km each day. The route follows all the Costa Brava from South to North passing through its most emblematic beaches and towns such as Blanes, Tossa de Mar, Cala Pedrosa, Calella de Palafrugell, the Lighthouse of San Sebastia, Cadaqués, and ending in Portbou as the grand finale of the experience, after crossing two natural parks: “Montgrí, Illes Medes i Baix Ter” and “Cap de Creus”.

The participants, who in last edition were 50% from international countries, can choose between the “Premium” registration that includes the accommodation, and the “Basic” registration that only includes participation in the race. Registration for next edition will open next Monday, the 10th of June, and will be limited to a maximum of 210 runners overall. Stay tuned and register soon to take advantage from the special discount for the first runners registered. You can find all the necessary informations in the website (https://cbsr.run), as well as on their social networks.
